Refining & Manufacturing

Malaysia is recognised as one of the world’s leading producers of refined palm oil products, supported by advanced processing facilities and modern manufacturing technologies. Our products are refined and processed under stringent quality control procedures to ensure they consistently meet international specifications. Our product portfolio includes RBD Palm Oil, RBD Palm Olein, RBD Palm Stearin, Vegetable Fat, Vegetable Shortening, and other palm-based edible oils designed to serve food manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and industrial users worldwide.

Quality Assurance

Quality remains one of the fundamental principles of our operations. Every production batch undergoes rigorous inspection and quality verification to ensure compliance with customer specifications and international industry standards. Key quality parameters, including Free Fatty Acid (FFA), Moisture and Impurities (M&I), Iodine Value, Slip Melting Point, colour, and other technical characteristics, are carefully monitored throughout the production process. Where required, independent third-party inspection services can also be arranged to provide customers with additional confidence prior to shipment.

Packaging Solutions

Recognising that every market has unique logistical and commercial requirements, we offer a comprehensive range of packaging solutions to accommodate different industries and distribution channels. Depending on customer preferences, products can be supplied in bulk tankers, ISO tank containers, flexibags, steel drums, jerry cans, HDPE bottles, cartons, or customised private label packaging. Our flexible packaging capabilities enable us to efficiently serve both large-scale industrial buyers and retail distribution networks while maintaining product integrity throughout transportation.

Export Documentation

International trade requires precise documentation and regulatory compliance. Our experienced export team prepares and coordinates all essential shipping and commercial documents to facilitate smooth customs clearance and efficient cross-border transactions. Depending on destination country requirements, shipments may include Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Health Certificates, Halal Certificates, Quality Certificates, Inspection Certificates, and other supporting documentation necessary to ensure compliance with international import regulations.

Logistics & Distribution

Working with experienced freight forwarding partners and established international shipping lines, we coordinate exports from Malaysia’s major ports to customers across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and other international markets.
